The Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk is responsible for supporting the company’s accounts receivable and collection activities. This position will process and apply customer payments, submit invoices, research account discrepancies, monitor past-due balances, and communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding accounts.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Billing Specialist who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, communicating with customers, and keeping multiple billing priorities organized. As our Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing completed orders, processing customer invoices, maintaining customer account information, and supporting accurate and timely billing across the organization.

 

Order Management Specialist

As our Order Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring client orders are accurately processed and delivered on time. This position works closely with our Sales team, vendors, and internal departments to maintain seamless order execution from start to finish.

 

Receiving Associate

Robertson Marketing Group is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Processor to join our Fulfillment Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully inspecting incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and product details against purchase order paperwork, and determining whether the delivery is complete and accurate. You will also categorize deliveries as either "good" or "problematic" and prepare them for the next stage in the receiving process.

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Special Projects & Assembly Associate to join our Fulfillment Operations team in Salem, Virginia.In this role, you'll work on a variety of custom assembly and special projects for our clients. No two projects are necessarily the same, so we're looking for someone who can follow instructions carefully, stay organized, and maintain a strong focus on quality.

 

Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant is responsible for the production of schedules and reconciliations for use in preparation of the monthly financial statements. The Staff Accountant will perform advanced accounting functions in support of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory. The ideal candidate will also have experience supporting international accounting operations, including cross-border transactions, currency reconciliation, and compliance with international reporting standards.

 

Stocker/Inventory Control Associate

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse Stocker & Inventory Associate to join our team in Salem, Virginia. This is a hands-on warehouse position responsible for stocking and replenishing products, supporting inventory control, monitoring pallet locations, and helping ensure our picking and fulfillment teams have the inventory they need to keep customer orders moving.
